This flat was absolutely perfect for our family of five for our 12 days in London. There’s a ton of space, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen. But the best thing of all is the location. You can really feel like a local in this spot, as it’s not heavy with tourists, but very central and convenient to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. It’s literally a four minute walk to the station, which with young kids is such a godsend. It’s also just a few minutes from the Buckhill Playground at Hyde Park, which is so handy to let the kids blow off steam. There were a couple issues that arose during our stay, and Alex and the team were incredibly quick to deal with them, and very quick to respond to messages. I would very much recommend this flat, and we hope to be back again next time we’re in London!

The flat was lovely and in a great location. Check-in was super smooth thanks to the clear instructions, and they were really responsive—especially helpful with my last-minute booking. Everything was ready to go when I arrived. Thanks again!
